We do offer these services in the fields of network management, system administration, repair and servicing of all kinds of ICT equipment among others.
Our Workshop
- We provide after sales technical support to our customers who have made any purchases from us.
- We also provide support to customers who may not have previously bought equipment from us.
- Full support is provided by our team of Customer care executive personnel whose primary function is to provide a comprehensive advisory service and ensure that the system produces optimum results at the customer’s premises Should any problems arise with particular equipment or its use the priority is always to solve it in the earliest possible manner and a flexible repair and replacement policy is thus in operation.
- Response to problems is immediate, as the overriding aim being to solve the problem.
